4. Payments and Pricing

All payments must be made in full before the service is provided.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.

5. Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a service has been provided.
Exceptions: In rare cases, if a service cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, we may offer a partial refund or an option to reschedule at our discretion.
Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without additional charges.

6. Liability Limitation

No Medical Liability: Prajna Ayurveda, its owner (Rosalee Mulkerrins), or any associated practitioners are not liable for any medical conditions, reactions, or decisions made based on the services provided.
External Factors: We do not assume responsibility for third-party products, services, or recommendations made during consultations.
